Easy, use the copy and paste feature
Open 2 codeplugs in the CPS and resize the windows so they are side by side
Highlight the contacts in your source codeplug, right click, copy, highlight the type of contact you are copying in your target codeplug (digital) and then right click and paste.
You can pretty much copy/paste everything except receive lists and scan lists
